Beautiful apartment, with a large living room and balcony. All new kitchen with a lot of room. The room available is the highlighted room on the floor plan. The shared areas of the apartment are furnished but you will need to bring your own stuff/furniture for your room.

The apartment building is close to Oakville Place Mall, Oakville GO and is a fifteen minute walk from Sheridan College. Parking is available at approximately $88-$110 per month.

Water and Heat are included in the rent, we don’t have AC. We each pay a third of the Hydro and Internet bills. You will need your own renter’s insurance policy.
