The house is lovely with a front and back yard, back patio with grill and outdoor fireplace. The two rooms share an exclusive bathroom, and there is a full gym in the basement. Kitchen and living spaces are shared, and there are two refrigerators and storage space for kitchen essentials if needed, or you can share ours.
Utilities are included including high speed internet and cable. Parking and additional storage are available and extra. Room available Dec 1.

We are a friendly, laid-back couple who live in one of the four bedrooms and use the other as an office. There is one male roommate who is very friendly and respectful. We are all casually tidy with occasional clutter (mild) when we are very busy. I have a professional cleaner come once per month at no charge for the common areas. She can do your room also for a small additional fee.
