The room has a door and a lock. The living room has been converted into a bedroom and also has a door. There is a shared bathroom and a shared kitchen. Parking is not included. Transit is 2 blocks away. The room is available immediately. The building is non smoking. No smoking of any kind is allowed anywhere in the building. The apt is located on the 10 floor and is facing the Rideau River. There is no balcony. We are close to Ottawa U., Rideau Centre, By Ward Market, Loblaws. Sandy Hill is a nice walkable neighborhood.
