1200 square foot 3 bedroom town house with renovated basement with pool table, darts and games looking for room mate. I have one parking spot extra but might need to rotate cars as it is vertical. So it’s just me living here after a breakup. I need a room mate to share thi s beautiful town home. I work 2-10 pm Monday to Friday so house is yours. I love gaming , sports, and I play guitar and love music and want to start working out again. Like my own space but am social-able. I have a pool table in the basement with darts and once a month sometimes have people over for some games and you’re welcome to have your friends over to use it. A 65 inch oled tv and L couch setup in the living room. No smoking in the house but vaping is acceptable. Fastest internet you can buy included. Grocery store and everything across the street right by Franklin blvd.
