Two large, fully furnished rooms to rent in Toronto Semi, surrounded by parks and trails, overlooking a park and pond. Near the upcoming Eglinton Crosstown, Humber River Trail, the Stockyards and Junction. Walking distance to grocery store, shops and restaurants. Brand new kitchen and appliances. Utilities included in rent - heat, central AC, and high speed internet. I have a cleaner come monthly to do the common areas.

The house is large and comfortable with a front and back yard, garage and parking. The three rooms upstairs share a bathroom. Kitchen and living spaces are shared, with two refrigerators and storage space for kitchen essentials. Laundry room has a washer and dryer. There is free street parking a few steps away.

Tidiness and cleanliness is essential. Tenants are required to do daily cleanup of common areas as you use them, and share yardwork and snow removal. We prefer a long-term rental. $500 deposit to hold the room, first plus last month rent to move in. Deposit is credited to the rent.

We are a friendly, laid-back couple who will retain the basement, but will be there on a part-time basis.
