Looking for a roommate to share a house in central Hamilton. The house is a cute cozy bungalow with a shared driveway and a backyard. We have onsite laundry, central heating and AC. You get the large upstairs bedroom with a walk-in closet and bathroom. Access to shared downstairs bathroom, shared kitchen and shared living space. I’m looking for someone who will be kind and respectful of the space, my cat and myself. It’s expected that in addition to keeping your own space clean, that you would help clean the common room, and sweep or wash the floors of the common areas. Also that you will be careful of the finicky washing machine (I’ll show you what I mean it’s not that bad). To live here you must be respectful of women, and do your best to be empathetic towards all walks of life (LGBTQ+, BIPOC, etc). If you are interested I request that you write me a little intro letting me know about you. I like to get to know people before I live with them. For my health it’s important that I sleep through the night, so I am looking for a housemate that also sleeps through the night. It’s difficult for me to live with people who are doing nightshifts.
