I have no preference in terms of gender, age and ethnicity - I am open minded. But I am looking for someone who has things in place - sufficient income, good credit (as I have all the documents, so I expect the same). If your budget is in between $1000 to $1300, then please reach out. The budget listed above is per person, as I’m planning to rent a condo in the range of $2200 to $2600 (And we can share the cost). Also, I want both of us to be on the lease, so that neither of us have the burden to pay the entire amount - each person will be responsible for their share. I am a working professional and am employed by Federal Government. Looking for someone who is responsible and can keep the place clean. Please read the last sentence again - if you cannot be hygienic and can’t keep the place clean then don’t bother. The reason I am moving out is because my roommate, despite good income keeps his place dirty and that affects the common area as he does a shaby job of cleaning.
