A big room (13 x13’) in Morgan Crossing area at South Surrey is available for rental. Ground level, 1 garage parking space provided, with a decent size backyard outside the room. Washer and dryer located beside the room. Complex has a full equipment gym room for residents use. Pet allowed. You have your own room and bathroom. No shared kitchen but u have your own fridge, microwave, electric burner & instant pot+air fryer for simple cooking. Utility tub would be provided for dish washing. Laundry is shared with us. U have your separate entrance. $1000 all inclusive, including wifi.

A friendly family are living at upstairs so we are trying to find someone who is a good fit to our family. We are looking for a single tenant and elderly is welcomed :)
