I am renting my beautiful upstairs room for a female for $645/month including utilities, limited storage space in garage and full access to all the common areas of the house (dining room, kitchen, laundry room). Everything is included in monthly rent except for 50$/month for parking on the front drivewayif the driveway parking is not taken by another renter by the time this room is rented. ROOM FEATURES: Nice room w a single bed, 2 medium size dressers, a small desk and 1 chair with 3 large windows facing nice view of Canyon Meadows and get lots of sunlight. DAMAGE DEPOSIT: $645 HOUSE OWNER’S PRIORITY: To be diligent about keeping the room and the house very clean. We do not allow smoking, partying, noise in the house. No overnight visitors are allowed. NEIGHBOURHOOD & ACCESS TO AMENITIES: My house is in a decent and safe neighbourhood of Canyon Meadows near Fish Creek Provincial Park, and close to South Center Mall, Fish Creek Library, and all other city amenities. Public transit bus stop (bus #37) is 5 minutes from my house and c train is only 13-minute walk and c train takes 22 minutes to downtown Calgary.
