Located in Corktown - this apartment is just minutes away from fabulous restaurants, shopping and Hamilton’s nightlife. Only 3 blocks from the Hamilton GO station and a 3 block walk from St. Joseph’s Hospital. Easy access to McMaster University or Mohawk College. We have a north-facing apartment with an extended balcony - a beautiful view of the city at night and a great spot to chill with friends in the summer. Parking can be arranged through the building for an additional cost. There is however street parking around the apartment. Transit is all within walking distance including the main hub at McNab.

I am expecting my 1st child towards the end of April 2025 and will be spending a year of maternity leave out of the country. You should be okay with some overlap between us living together and my leaving a few months after the baby is born.
