Fully furnished large bedroom with double bed, comfy mattress, desk, dresser, bookshelves and closet in a fully furnished apartment. Includes high-speed internet, full use of the entire apartment - yes you can cook, hang out and invite friends. Smoking only on the balcony. You simply bring your clothes, computer and anything else you need to feel at home. I will provide linens, (basic) toiletries and a comfortable place to make your own. Located in Corktown - this apartment is just minutes away from fabulous restaurants, shopping and Hamilton’s nightlife. Only 3 blocks from the Hamilton GO station and a 3 block walk from St. Joseph’s Hospital. Easy access to McMaster University or Mohawk College. We have a north-facing apartment with an extended balcony - a beautiful view of the city at night and a great spot to chill with friends in the summer. Parking can be arranged through the building for an additional cost. There is however street parking around the apartment. Transit is all within walking distance including the main hub at McNab.

I work at McMaster full-time, I teach sessional classes at Conestoga (what a time to be in this work sector!), and attend York U full-time. I love board games, craft beer and visiting wineries on weekends. Social but need a lot of downtime in my room.

I am expecting my 1st child towards the end of April 2025 and will be spending a good portion of my maternity leave out of the country.

In all likelihood, you will share the apartment with one other student or working professional while I am away. If you are looking for a longer-term living arrangement past 1 year, you should be okay living with a young child.
