The Apt building is located downtown (Chinatown) and is near City Transit.(5 min walk to C- Train) The Apt is fully furnished, including your room and all bills are included in the rent. It is close to all shopping needs. Laundry is coin operated . The building does not allow pets The room is for one person only and it is available now .
About the roomies
It is a 2 bedroom unit and will be only myself and you. We can exchange info by emails or phone . PLEASE include information about yourself when inquiring. If the ad is still up, it is still available. . We would be splitting the cost evenly @ $ 740 each everything incl.
