Hi there, looking to share my condo with someone CLEAN. It’s two bed, two bath, two underground parking stalls, insuite laundry, dishwasher, all utilities included (+Telus fibre internet) for $725 a month.

I’m 29, I have a french bulldog who is suuuper loving so you should definitely be a dog lover because she’s gonna love you. Unfortunately, shes a dick to other dogs, so it’s not pet friendly. I want someone who is ok to have her lay on their bed or hang out on the couch with her while Im not home. I mostly chill in my room and watch tv and screw around on my laptop. The bedrooms are separated in the apartment so the sound transference is next to nothing which is great, but I still am fairly quiet. Im friendly, Im learning that Im probably cleaner than most. That said, Im easy to talk to when theres an issue. I will listen and consider what you said, I will not get defensive or blow you off!
