I have a two bedroom, one bathroom apartment on a lease, to me, with one locking furnished room (120 sq feet) for one person to rent at $1500. P/M if you suite the requirements. 6th floor great view. Roommate agreement only. You will not be placed on the lease.

The home is a market rental with a current value of $2850. P/M. Plus $350 in bills payed by myself. You pay $1500. P/M by e-transfer on or before the 1st of each month.

No damage deposit required. No bills to you except for your phone and whatever else is personal. No notice required to vacate. Wifi, hydro, water, garbage and recycling, house cleaning services, are of no expense to you. You do not even have to vacuum, do dishes, or take out the trash, except for your private locked room. Its all done for you with exceptions to your laundry and the cleaning of your room. Just use the place with cleanliness of use and respect for my furniture and appliances. Out in school or at work most days- sleep nights. No social assistance can be collected here and it doesn’t suite retirement or any type of stay home lifestyle.

14’ ceiling. Slate floors in kitchen and bathroom. In suite clothes washer and dryer, dishwasher, hot water that doesn’t go cold when the sink faucet is turned on, and all needed kitchen appliances are provided. Earthquake and fire resistant noise suppression between suites. Your room hears the highway and the parking lot.

There is no room for any furniture to be brought in. There is no storage for you except for a few boxes in your room if need be. No bicycle parking. No parking lot spot for you. Street parking only. There is no room to add any dishes, pots and pans or kitchen appliances. No personalizing the common areas. All personal effects and decorations of yours are to pertain to your room only, including all clothing and coats, hats and anything else. Shoes left on the shoe mat yes.

No Vaping or Smoking inside. Safe, clean and discreet on the balcony only with the doors closed. No pets No alcohol No drugs No exceptions All media is to be kept to yourself by use of headphones or ear buds and no singing, whistling or humming.

Your room has a bed and bedding, night table, smoke detector, baseboard heat that you control, a smart tv, a desk and chair, a dresser with locker, closet with coat hangers and shelf. Hooks for your shower towel and coat.

Bathroom shower towels are kept in our bedrooms and only the provided hand towels are kept in the bathroom.

Copious amounts of foods are brought home by me including meats, vegetables, fruits, dairy, and pantry items, protein powders, greens plus, sports supplements and the like . The last time we calculated the cost of foods, and supplements, many brought home daily, exceeded the amount paid for rent. I currently have a deep freezer and the kitchen freezer loaded with turkey, salmon, chicken, pork, beef, veg and store prepared meals. Eat $1000. worth of food per month and I won’t complain but if you can’t pay rent on the first you have to leave immediately so I can get somebody in who can. I provide toilet paper, hygiene supplies, hand soap, garbage bags, laundry detergents, dishwasher detergents, garbage bags, vacuum bags, filters.

Often there is rice made and ready in the rice cooker, Soup or hot pot foods in the slow cooker, always prepared baked goods ready and commercially prepared heat and serve meals in the fridge. Loads of ingredients and spices provided for what you want to cook for yourself.

I cannot accommodate food and product sensitivities (allergies and intolerances) nor vegan, kosher or halal requirements.
