The rental is a private room and a private en suite bathroom in a renovated house in Uptown Waterloo just steps from the Light Rail Train, Waterloo Square and Waterloo Park. The room is 88 square feet that fits a double bed; there is a door to the back deck and a large closet.
The living room, kitchen and dining room are shared with the owner. Parking spot, laundry in the basement, internet, utilities and a chocolate labrador are included in the rent.
The owner is a quiet college professor. You are similarly quiet.
References, pay stubs and possibly background checks are required. Two months’ rent must be put down to hold it, and two months’ notice are to be given prior to moving.
About the roomies
The owner is quiet and respectful man. One other room is currently rented by similar.
