Kind respectful and friendly long term renters. Community if you want it. Plenty of space for quiet times. Will suit a student or anyone who needs a quiet haven to live their own life.
There is a long haired cat in the basement suite. He’s extremely sociable and smart - so he does venture out of the basement. (Just in case you have allergies 🤧).
Outside there is off street parking and a meditation area in the rear garden. Small greenhouse and raised vegetable beds for those interested in growing their own food 🥦 🥕Large deck for relaxing 😎
