Building is newly built (2020). Property is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment suite. You will get your own private fully furnished bedroom and bathroom. Kitchen is equipped with new Induction stove tops, oven, microwave, dish washer and fridge.

Washing machine and dryer is in unit.

Apartment is a 10min drive to UFV and the Abbotsford airport. It is also walking distance to Real Canadian Superstore and a couple of restaurants.

Underground parking +$45 Utilities - Around $25 per 2 months (typically higher during winter season).

Looking for someone who plans to stay long term. (6+ months)

Your application has to be approved by the Building Manager.

I’m very easy going, clean, mindful and respectful of peoples space and I expect the same in return from a roommate. The reason I’m looking for a roommate is because my current roommate will be moving out soon.
