This property is in the highly coveted Hydrostone area, with multiple bus routes within a walkable distance. Partial ocean views, spacious balcony, and lots of natural light. You will have your own bathroom, and all shared spaces will be fully furnished :)

I am a full-time government worker with two lovely (and quiet) cats, and am both very clean and highly optimistic. I am a morning person and will likely always have a pot of coffee ready for both of us in the morning. I don’t have people over too much, and would love to live with someone who loves bettering themselves, being outdoors, and having the occasional uber eats nights. :)
