Single furnished room (double bed, desk, chair, side table) with closet. The washroom is shared with one other roommate (if both rooms are occupied). Wifi6 internet included. Shared kitchen space but must bring own food. Fridge shared with all roommates. Must clean after self. For viewing or more pictures don’t hesitate to contact me.

At least 2 people may rent the upstairs rooms. 1 room presently occupied by another male.

Second small room on the main floor also available. Roommates would be expected to share the cleaning of their washroom and the house on a whole.
