Karina's room

Hi everyone!!

I’m looking for some roommates! I have 2 rooms available currently. One is a smaller room on the upper level of the house and the other is a much larger room with a den and kitchen in the attic of the home. (7ft ceilings). Im clean kind and respectful and hoping to find like minded females who are the same. This is a completely furnished home and renovated. Everything is included, including everyday things like toilet paper, paper towel, garbage bags etc! All you will need is food, clothing and personal items!!!

This bedrooms are furnished with a double bed dresser, and side table.

There are 3 washrooms in the home. The roommates will be sharing 2 of them (I have my own) and Laundry is in the basement.

There is 2 puppies living in the home but, they will never be in your personal space or your bedroom, and there is a turtle that lives in an aquarium on the main level ha! Unfortunately we cannot do any other pets

The house is located off Barton and Gage and parking on driveway is NOT included but street parking is always available and free☺️☺️

I’m 31, working as a social worker and care a lot about cleanliness and respect. The house is usually quiet and I do weekly deep cleans of the house, you would only be responsible for cleaning after yourself, your bathroom and your bedroom
