• comfortable memory foam bed. Desk + chair. Black-out blinds. (room photos under different lighting included)

• Lots of street parking available
• 1 min walk to bus stop. (Excellent convenient location: 2 bus routes to Skytrain and Westcoast Express!)
• Conveniently located close to (1-5 min drive): Walmart, Costco, H-Mart, Coquitlam Centre, Shoppers Drug Mart, Home Depot, Canadian Tire, dollar store, Starbucks, Timmy’s, Popeyes, Five guys, Pho, etc.
• Walking / Hiking trails: for walks along the river on PoCo Traboulay Trail and picnic at Dominion Park.

Rent details:

• month to month (after first 3 months).
• Damage deposit (half of monthly rent).
