This is a cozy private bedroom with it’s own washroom with bathtub, and a brand new queen-sized mattress. Enjoy fantastic scenery on a upper-level floor, just 5 minutes walk away from the TTC subway and the YRT/ZUM bus terminal basically at your doorstep. York University and Seneca College are one stop away! Limited indoor parking is available for $300 a month and outdoor parking for $250 a month.

Utilities will be split 50/50. Free Internet.

YMCA with gym and pool is just 2 minutes walking distance from the condo.

It is a great neighborhood that is well-kept, vibrant, and safe! You can also enjoy shopping at Walmart just walking distance away, Vaughan Mills 7 minutes drive away, Ikea, Collusus movie theatre, and many restaurants just around the corner.

I am a working professional woman who is clean and friendly. I both enjoy peace and quiet as well as occasional gatherings or visitors. I like to cook occasionally, read, watch movies, go for bike rides & runs, and spend time with family.
