The apartment is a 10 minute walk to Christie Station, and a 20 minute bus ride to UofT.

The apartment includes both the main floor and basement of a duplex home. Both bedrooms are in the basement. The second bedroom is fully furnished with bed, drawers and desk. Ideal for a student or someone in Toronto on a short term contract.

The ceilings are pretty low in the basement (including the bedrooms), but high on the main floor. Main floor is a bright space with lots of windows. The bedrooms are on the cozy side.

Laundry room is in the basement and separates the bedrooms providing more privacy. Large kitchen, living room and dining/front room on the main floor. Bathroom is on the main floor and is shared.

There is a small but comfortably sized back patio.

Hey there! I’m a former lawyer who now works at Queens Park. My work schedule is a bit weird - some weeks I’m in the office Mon-Thurs, other weeks I work mostly from home. My work space is on the main floor but am not bothered about sharing the space while I’m working.

My other favourite activities are rewatching my favourite shows and movies, baking, cooking, knitting and other crafts :). I definitely fall on the couch potato/homebody side of the spectrum, but I like to have friends over a couple times month and am more than ok with you having friends over as well!

I’m a friendly, reasonably tidy and easy to get along with. I’m not bothered by a bit of clutter, and I don’t care if a dish or two are left out overnight.

I have a cat, he’s generally a friendly guy who will almost certainly want to sit on your lap.
