House share: spacious 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhouse (all-inclusive)

Looking for ONLY two people to share a fully furnished 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhouse. House will only have two people. Landlord will NOT be living in the house, giving you full use of the house.

Master bedroom has en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet. Comes fully furnished with a 3-piece bedroom set (a queen-sized bed with drawers, a 6-drawer dresser with mirror and a 2-drawer nightstand.

Second bedroom has a queen bed and a desk and shares a bathroom with the third bedroom, which has a double bed.

House is very clean and quiet on a family-friendly street. Close to South Keys transit and shopping center, walking/bike trails, and parks. Shared spaces include fully equipped kitchen (stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave), dining room, living room, family room with fireplace, and backyard with a deck. House has air condition and is very spacious (extra room available for WFH office with desk and chair) plus storage space in the basement.

Rent is all-inclusive (utilities, on-site laundry, unlimited wi-fi, and parking - both garage and driveway). You just have to bring your clothes.

Only clean and quiet people please. No drug users, no smokers or vaping (not even if you plan to smoke outside), no pets, and no house parties. As this is a shared accommodation, no overnight guests for longer than one night.

Minimum one year lease. First and last month rent required. House is fully furnished therefore ideal tenant should come with no furniture.

Rental is $1,500 per person. There will be just the two of you in the 3-bedroom house giving you lots of space.
