Just moving to a new place on my own, older house with a bit of character (code for nothing is even). I am a Naturopathic Doctor working down town Collingwood, and looking for a roommate from Feb/March 2025- end of 2025 or longer if you are suitable. Ideally I am looking for a female working professional who wants to enjoy beautiful down town Collingwood for the short term. On request I can send more pictures of the room, it comes with a wardrobe, queen bed, chair and your own private bathroom. The room also comes with a parking spot. The house is located in beautiful downtown Collingwood. Walking distance to grocery restaurant and more.

I live in the house with you, I am 28 and work full time. On weekends I hike, ski and serve up in Blue Mountain village! I am clean and do not party. Laundry is included in the price, so is internet and parking. You would have shared access to the entire house (kitchen, living space ect) and back yard. I keep up with winter maintenance and house is clean.
