1200 sqft 5 bed, 3-bath house, in a quiet and safe area. Spacious house in West College Park with multiple large living areas, 15 minute bike or 5-minute drive from the university and direct bus routes right outside. Newer bathrooms and appliances (2021-2023). 2 WiFi routers and 3 internet connections. Great area of town with parks just around the block and plenty of stuff to do on 8th street a few blocks south. Looking to rent out a private bedroom at a flat rates of $700. All bills included in rent (Water, electricity, heat, wifi, etc…). The room has a closet and we have some extra furniture (double bed, desk, chair and dresser) but feel free to bring your own furniture if you’d prefer. Garage parking available. Ideally, we are looking for someone who wants to stay for both the summer and school year. Of course rent is negotiable. If you have any questions, feel free to message.

Come over and meet us! We’d love to show you the house! Over the summer, there are 2 of us and a dog, both students (Bio and Pharmacy). The small dog is named Kingsley, he is a 15lb mixed breed that is an affectionate and energetic, who will warm up with really anyone. Our ages range from 21 to 24. It’s an empty house most of the time as we all either have work or school. We are clean, organized and respectful. If you’re up for it, we sometimes go out for activities or drinks as a group.
