Just myself living here. I am a 53 year old, professionally employed single male. I work remotely so have a home office however as I mentioned, I will be travelling quite a bit. Have to be able to trust my tenant completely. Will be adding a hot tub soon as well. I drink and do entertain a little when I am home (I am not dull or boring by any means) but usually in bed early all nights. Would like someone similar. 420 friendly but not in house. I am vaccinated.
