There is currently 1 cat here but I’m open to another cat or two, or an apartment trained friendly dog. Parking MAY become available but at the moment all spots in building lot are assigned.

The room can be furnished with a couch, dresser, and shelving unit if desired, otherwise it’s a fairly straight forward space with a closet and the unit also has a storage room with shelving in it.

Laundry machines on each floor require a swipe card that can reloaded in the lobby.

There are plenty of dishes, utensils, and cook/bakeware if you don’t have any, and plenty of room for yours if you do!

I’m a pretty relaxed guy (36/m) who simply wants somebody clean and responsible to rent my second bedroom. If I’m home most of the time I’m just chilling on the couch smoking a bit of weed, watching a movie or playing a game.

Decorate however you want, be yourself, do your dishes within 24 hours of making them
