I’m a 37 year old owner, working from home in tech M-F from 9-5. I will likely be working in the dining room area during the day when I’m there which is not very often. I spend at least half my time out of the place staying with friends or family.

There is one roommate in the main room. He works as a physics tech. He’s pretty awesome and really polite.
