Looking for a roommate to share a 2 bedroom with 2 bathroom condo near Lansdowne Station and Bloor GO. Available July 1st. At this time the move in date in not flexible unfortunately the room will not be avaiable any sooner. [ highlighting this as I’ve been asked quite a bit :) ] Rent is 1025 a month. The condo is furnished but the spare bedroom is completely unfurnished and has a private bathroom. Amenities include unlimited high speed internet, laundry in unit. Central a/c and heat. Balcony has an amazing view of downtown and the CN Tower. The building also has a private gym, outdoor pool, theatre room, party room, BBQ garden and sauna. There is no parking available.
