All inclusive and a great South Osborne central location especially if you don’t have a vehicle - 5 min walk to rapid transit & 2 blocks to bus # 16. Would love to welcome the right mature female roommate to our home. Typically 1-2 people and myself live in the home. I have had females from Morocco, Chile, Philippines, Austria, India, France, Ghana, Albania, Canada etc live in my home. Willing to wait for the right female to join us.

• use of stocked kitchen with cookware, dishes and utensils
• 2 full bathrooms, you will share one with the other roommate
• central air conditioning & vacuum and new carpet in the basement
• all utilities included plus Shaw high speed internet

• front veranda & fenced furnished backyard brick patio to enjoy beautiful summer days
• flexible move in and out dates; no lease however 2 months move out notice is required
• common area housework is shared regularly with daily kitchen tidy up
• smoke, cannabis & drug free home and no excessive drinking
• valid photo ID required and / or proof of employment or school enrollment for security reasons is required
• Unable to accept couples or other pets
About the roomies
Person must be: • Working full time outside the home or student or both • Pay rent on time • Responsible, considerate, easy to get along with • Willing to limit and have no unagreed upon and no overnight guests for the safety and comfort of the other roommates
