Ryan's room

I welcome the opportunity to provide a private bedroom and bathroom located on the second floor of my two-story home, a shared laundry room and kitchen, as well as two game rooms featuring ping-pong and air hockey tables. The home also features a surround sound system.

Previous clients and roommates who have transitioned from my home really appreciated the number of shopping amenities within walking distance, as well as the high frequency and easy access to public transit. An affectionate therapy dog (poodle cross) also resides in the home.

Hi everyone, my name is Ryan, i’m a single male who keeps busy as a part-time Education Assistant. I’m a fairly laid back person. I don’t drink nor smoke and you shouldn’t either. Some of my interests include baking, cooking, photography biking, hiking, and swimming to name a few. I also enjoy watching most sports (go Flames go!).
