This is in a detached house on the west side of Orangeville. The closest intersection is c-line and Diane Drive where a new mall was just built. Close to shopping, restaurants, parks, the rec centre and bypass. Free public transit stops are on our street. The large 11x13 bedroom for rent is in the basement level with a second bedroom that is rented. The bedroom is carpeted, has a closet and its own entrance to the 3 piece washroom that is shared with the other boarder. There is also a kitchen that is dhared with the other boarder. I am in my 50’s living with 2 small dogs who keep to the upstairs and there are 2 other rooms with boarders, one in the basement and the other on the second floor. I work mostly from home.
