I have lived here for a few years. Two bedroom apartment. Photos show my place on the top and the view from your room window two different seasons. Fully furnished. Looking for short or long term roomie. You have one bedroom with nice bed, mattress and linen that will be replaced once a month or more tbd.( I wash your bed linen and towels). Very private and quiet area. Big balcony with nice plants. Adjacent to forest. Shared bathroom (where towels will be replaced once a month or more tbd) ,kitchen (with all tools needed to cook a meal) got very strong internet. Laundry on 1st floor. Three floors and I am on the third floor with no neighbours on top. Corner unit. Walking distance to Brentwood mall. Brentwood station and also Holdom station. Insurance in case of disaster included. Any one welcome (space for 1 not two) but will be determined after meeting or talking. Parking on street available. No Deposit - You break it you replace it.

I am working from home online (8-5pm) and would prefer a roommate that doesn’t work from home (goes to school in day or to work in the week days) but also flexible. I am a great friend and family member to the people in my life. I can be flexible. I like my home very much, clean and organized. Not a party person but social. No smoking. Definitely not MJ friendly. No smoking or vaping. No overnight guests allowed (tbd after I get to know you). I will present you with a written agreement to make the shared spaces easy on both of us - I can email it to you before we meet so you can decide if this shared space will work for you. Rent is due monthly every 30 nights from when you start, not bi weekly. Transfer 1 day before last night. Arrange time to come see the room and meet. It is important to be compatible.Ideal for new arrival to Canada or short term work assignment. Long term also welcome.
