Room in a former B&B , in heart of Shaughnessy, best area of Vancouver, old fashioned but clean and location is fabulous very convenient to bus to UBC /downtown/ BCIT /UCW etc direct –and supermarket coffee shops etc etc.Looking for a person with good sense of responsibility who keeps herself busy all the time non smoker non partyer non drinker no 420 no nothing really .very quiet .Very minimal cooking only.
will need to help with house chores and little bit of management
( not difficult stuff , common sense needed)of the house, some cleanup.).
might suit international student, but we offer very limited cooking facilities. However its ULTRA safe - parents please be aware- safe area close to everything safe people cleaner comes regularly , will not do your room but other areas , yes always someone around regular housekeeper no couples please
two people so far one is student and the other a working professional. no one is fussy or harsh BUT we want a clean , quiet , kind person not rough or loud
