APRIL 1 - FEMALE ONLY!
Private furnished room + bathroom. Private bathroom is shared another female (You have your own vanity). Available in a very nice, spacious house, great neighbourhood, beautiful backyard, very chill.
There are 2 rooms available to choose from. See photos.
Looking for a female, friendly working person or student (no couples). The room is in a 5 bedroom house where a couple and 1 more lady live. This house is big and bright. Person must be clean, responsible, non-smoker and not allergic to cats. Also, we prefer someone who is quiet, easygoing, positive and considerate.
Great location, nice neighbourhood. House is 1 block from Fraser St on 21st Ave, very close to buses and near skytrain.
House comes fully loaded with Dishwasher + Washer and Dryer, Alkaline Water filter, Pantry, Microwave, Juice maker, Big backyard with barbecue, patio table, chairs, hammocks, etc.
Close to many amenities, restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, Shoppers Drugmart, parks, buses, etc. Lots of street parking.
Must be okay with cats and kids (sometimes).
Everything is included, utilities, WiFi, hydro, etc!
Bedroom 1: has a QUEEN bed, ladder desk, and 2 closets (one is very big). Bedroom 2: has a QUEEN bed, ladder desk, a dresser and a closet.
We can provide hangers, bedding and towels if needed. Lots of light from the window with a gorgeous backyard view.
No parties, no drugs and no smoking! Long term or short term (minimum 6 mths preferred). Occasional gathering with friends, barbecues, light drinks/wine is ok. No heavy drinkers please.
