Avail now. Bright furnished room, in fully furnished house with queen bed, dresser, ensuite bath (with tub), closet, available in cute 1910 heritage house in East Vancouver. Save, quirky urban neighbourhood near bus routes, Commercial Drive entertainment district and the Pacific National Exhibition. The space used to be a B&B so it’s nice, recently renovated and fully set up, but I can’t rent it for less than 3 months legally.

The rest of the house has two living rooms, a full kitchen and full laundry. House is a classic craftsman heritage house with bright spaces including 2 living rooms. Parking is street parking. The house is fully furnished including basic kitchen items in both kitchens - no need or room for additional furniture. There is a yard with some garden spaces and a firepit. The house is beautiful and charming, the yard is messy with lots of nice places to chill - firepit, gazebo, nut and fruit trees, hammock.

The room is provided furnished with a comfy queen bed, armchair and a large dresser. Secure parking for one bicycle included, and a small amount of in-house storage.

Looking for roommate who needs a short to mid term place to live and doesn’t have furniture. Would be a perfect fit for someone who commutes to Vancouver frequently and needs a secondary place here, or who is here for a few months for work or school. Open to longer term or recurring, but I recognise fully furnished is usually shorter.
