About the room
Three bed condo in downtown ( By Yonge/ Dundas) available from 1 November. I am owner/ landlord and will be living in one room weekdays and some weekends, but have a house near Kingston. Own bathroom and bedroom, shared living area and kitchen, washing and tying in condo. Usual gym, pools, barbecue area etc. Big (1650 square feet) condo, which is very comfortable, with new bathrooms and kitchen. Third bedroom could be used for another roomie if we both agree, or kept as office space if we both have to work from home/ have occasional guests that need a room to stay in. Your bedroom is furnished, and I have spare furniture if needed for it. No photos yet but happy to send to anyone interested. I tend to be away 3- 6 days a week so you often get the place to yourself.
About the roomies
I am a professional, easy going, fun, down to earth, and get along well with most people. I love to cook, and have travelled the world extensively. Weekends will type calls always be spent out of town.
