!!!!Cat lover only please!!!! We would like to rent this room to a pet caretaker and discount the rent. We have two cats but have previously rented the room to someone that could feed them every day. I have moved out of town during covid and sublet my room to keep my cats downtown where they are happy. Room is large , in a big house close to everything you need!

One male, 30, works from home. Three turtles. It’s been a quiet life lately because of covid and we suppose it will be like this for the next while. Looking for a young professional or student that knows how to be quiet, tidy and is pleasant . All the bedrooms are big so mostly we’ve found that people spend their time in rooms but kitchen and common areas are lovely and so is the back patio! It’s always nice to chat and unwind with eachother when possible.
