The bed in the room is a Queen Size bed, so the room fits the bed + a desk + the attached closet while still leaving a bunch of walking space. -Currently there is an option to keep the mattress or have your own -Perfect downtown location, next to the Library, BC place and 7 minute walk to Granville St. -The apartment is fully furnished. -Balcony with Amazing views. You can even see Mt Baker in Washington on a sunny day! -Floor to ceiling windows. -In-suite Washer and Dryer -Big Storage Room. -24/7 Concierge Service -Gym and Hot tub available

-Utilities AND internet are included! (You don’t have to pay for them) You will be sharing with two respectful and easy going roommates, a guy and a girl.

We’re outgoing, and often hangout as friends. We also enjoy relaxing at home and are pretty active in terms of lifestyle, cooking here n there, working out, movies etc. Having people over also isn’t an issue :)
