You can grow your own vegetables if that is your hobby, read a book in the garden, enjoy Netflix or workout in the recreation room. Shared laundry room and shared kitchen with the owners who are an easygoing (non-smoking) couple with three kids.

We are a fun and friendly couple in our early 40s with two lovely school-age kids and one infant. Husband is at work for most part of the day. Wife loves to cook, and is home on maternity leave.
