Available now from March 1st, 2025, is the cosy and bright Loft Room, with its windows facing neighbourhood backyards and large old trees and birds singing, at $1,350/month. Aurelia House is an exquisitely furnished, century house, with lots of plants, front and back yards, for healthy living. All utilities and internet included. A $200 security deposit is necessary. Aurelia House is located in the vibrant Regal Heights multicultural, residential neighbourhood, in one of the prettiest, greenest, areas in central Toronto, nearby walking distance to a plethora of local groceries, restaurants shops, gyms and night entertainment. The living room with fireplace, large dining room and kitchen are shared, as are the front porch, backyard and back patio/BBQ area. The entire house is professionally cleaned 3 times a month, and shared spaces are cleaned daily. Your accommodation here includes kitchen utensils, dishes and kitchen apparatus, and a backyard BBQ grill. All you need is your clothes, personal toiletries and groceries. Laundry is on site. A streetcar and 2 buses are a 5 mins. walk away. Free parking nearby.
