Sophie's room

Newly upgraded, bright apartment on the edge of downtown. Building is in a great location close to anything that you may need (coffee shops, groceries, bars, restaurants, etc.). Spacious, furnished living room, large kitchen with brand new oven (& hopefully a new dishwasher soon), and big balcony. Medium/small bedroom with a closet and enough room for a full size bed and small desk or chest of drawers. Newly renovated bathrooms with private half bath and shared shower/bath. Recently re-painted the living room and will be updating pictures ASAP.

I’m 26 year old female. I’m a fairly tidy and chill person. I am currently enrolled in the visual arts program at Camosun part-time, and also work part-time. I generally keep to myself and enjoy alone time and would prefer a roommate who is similar. Not picky about gender, but would prefer someone in the same age range as me.
