• Kitchen, living room, bathroom, and balcony will be common.

• 2 min: Bus (#24) which brings you directly to Downtown Montreal
• 5 min: Vendôme subway station, Metro/Provigo grocery store, McGill University Health Centre Hospital (MUHC), Pharmacy (pharmaprix and Jean Coutu).
• 10 min: YMCA gym, Westmount Park (artificial lake, tennis court, soccer field, pool).

Roommate responsibilities: The future roommate must be a nonsmoker and cat-friendly (I have a 5 year old cat). Moreover, you need to be participating in biweekly tasks such as taking out the trash/recycle bin and cleaning the common areas.
