Available from April 1st, in a 3-bedroom house located at Eglinton & Dufferin. Just a 10-minute walk to Eglinton West subway station and 5 minutes to Tim Hortons, Shoppers, No Frills, and Dollarama.

The room comes partially furnished with drawer, as well as there is a large closet, though you will need to provide your own mattress.

The house features:

-A fully furnished, vibrant living room with large windows. -Fully equipped kitchen for those who love to cook. -Netflix, Prime, Disney accounts for movie nights. -Artistic decor with many colorful paintings. -Free parking in front of the house. -Utilities and Wi-Fi included in the rent .

Employment letter and first & last month’s rent required.

I am Bash! I live in this house with one other roommate and she is very easygoing person as well!

I’m a GBC Fashion Management graduate, currently doing freelance social media management. I have one room available in my 3-bedroom house located at Eglinton & Dufferin, starting from April 1st 2025. The room is only for one person (no couples or best friends).

Here’s a bit about me:

-I’m a very easygoing person, I enjoy cooking, painting, anything related to art & fashion, watching movies/docs/shows, discovering new places, trying new restaurants, and traveling. -I am living with roommates for 10 years, so I know how to navigate shared living spaces. -I have a very friendly, playful 4-year-old cat, he will basically be your roommate too haha

My other roommate Jessica:

-She is easygoing person who enjoys her own space. We are living together for 8 months now, she will be the other roommate

I’m respectful of personal space but I also enjoy spending time together—whether it’s cooking dinner and chatting about our days, watching a movie, or painting something together
