Private basement room for $1800, it has two double beds and can sleep 4 people, like a small family, new comers seeking temporally accommodation. The house is a shared house with my other tenants or guests. Large basement room, fully furnished, perfect for sharing students, couples are welcome, not ideal for babies or children. The Main floor is shared house with other tenants or Airbnb guests. Large kitchen with 4 fridges/freezer with fully equipped Kitchen. All the utilities, Wi-Fi and laundry facilities are included, NO PARKING available. Other items included are also supplied most toiletry, washing/dishwasher detergent, cleaning supplies, coffee/tea hot chocolate/Nesquik, sugar, cooking oil, olive oil, spices, tissues/paper tells.
About the roomies
My tenants are a mixed of long term tenants, short duration ok projects, or Airbnb short term guests.
