This is a long term student rental where one of the current residents are moving out. I am looking for a replacement roommate to take the room. This is a proper apartment right beside Masonville mall and within walking distance to Western University. Major bus lines run right beside the building and will take you nearly anywhere in the city at your convenience.The apartment is one of the best locations for a western student available and comes with most amenities already set up - All you’d need to do is subsume the former tenants place.What you’d be renting is the master bedroom which comes with its own private half bath and two large closets for your clothes/items. There is a shared shower, a shared kitchen with an electric stove, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher, and a shared main room which is furnished with a couch, lighting, table, chairs, etc.The master bedroom is unfurnished in this ad, however the previous tenant is willing to negotiate to sell you his bed and desk if you don’t already have your own.Water and Gas are included in the rent. We pay Hydro, Internet, and Insurance separate from the rent. All are already set up currently.The remaining tenant is a Male western student who occupies the 2nd bedroom.
