Each room is around 4 by 5 meter / around 208 square feet. The room to rent out is fully furnished. It comes with a queen bed, a small desc, benches, a build in closet as well as a six drawer dresser, laundry basket, and full length mirror. The shared spaces will be Kitchen, Living room and Bathroom. Please be aware that there will be a lot of interaction living in this space. I am working half the time from home and have a designated Area for that. The Apartment comes with a black Cat and friendly Neighbours. All utilities included (water, heat, gas)! High-speed Internet included! there is Laundry in the basement. the Backyard is for all to enjoy but all bedrooms face the Backyard. Just be aware. • Our Neighbourhood is quite safe and very Family friendly. It is very well connected with bus lines on Jane str and Annette street and the Jane subway on Bloor str W is only a 10 min walk away. The Bus lines are a 1 min walk away and go N, S and E. The grocery stores are in walking distance (10min) as well.
