Apartment is in Chinatown and close to Science World and the Seawall.Available Feb 1st, Feb 15th, March 1st, March 15thMonthly Rent + Internet = $ 1,410Hydro is additional = $20-45 per monthA little bit about me :Female in my early 30’s working in health care with a love for all things David Mitchell, Pema Chodron, Task Master (U.K version of course 😉, and all things spoken word and theatre focused. Grew up in a small French town and have been living in Vancouver for a few years. I’m not in a rush to fill the apartment and am looking for someone who is a good fit and wants the place to feel like home, and likes a good balance between alone time and a sense of community. I think sharing a home with someone you are getting to know is a process in building trust and learning about ourselves and each other and I value living with someone who also believes that most things can be improved upon with willingness and an open mind 🙂A little bit about the apartment:- It’s a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment.- You would have an ensuite bathroom for yourself.- There is laundry in the apartment.- Photos are very old to keep current roommates info private - room can be furnished with bed/desk.- Gym is in building plus a small conference/gathering roomAnd in the morning you get a beautiful sunrise that might make you want to belt out some lion king music!Important info about housemate fit & application Info- Please send me your name, your work schedule and whether you work from home, out of office, hybrid mode, your general sleep schedule, what you are looking for in a roommate and any pet peeves (we all got em , ha) , and hobbies 🙂.And to confirm that you are okay with the below two points !1) I totally understand that this is not for everyone but I work a very very very social job and will not be inviting people over to the apartment while you are home, and would ask for the same.2) I would also ask that the common areas are kept empty before 6am and after 9:30pm as I go to bed early and am a light sleeper.
