The large bedroom has a WALK-IN CLOSET. This suite also comes with a DISHWASHER and an AIR CONDITIONER. The bedroom and living room are of Burber carpet and the entry way, hallway, storage closet, bathroom and kitchen are NEW VINYL PLANK FLOORING. Even the RANGE is brand new. The suite comes ready to move in including a large refrigerator and modern Venetian (vertical) blinds.The security deposit is the same as the rent.
