The bedroom is very large and contains a study /work space.There is an office space that is used in another part of the basement on weekdays , and on Saturdays from 11:45am - 2:00pm. If you’re someone •Who is easy-going and is NOT bothered by everyday noise (eg: kids playing and sometimes being loud) made by 2 children and a dog (they’re not home during the day and in bed by 8pm); •Who is tidy /clean (takes out garbage /recycling weekly) and has a sense of responsibility towards their own space and their surroundings; •Who values open communication and can tolerate others well, then this space will work WELL for you. This space will NOT work if you’re • A smoker /vaperor if you….• Listen to music loudly, party or entertain often• Cook late - we ask that no cooking (especially frying of foods) be done after 8pm since it’s an old house and the smell passes through the vents. Extras available /included: A lot of storage space and big closets, parking spot on driveway, all utilities and WIFI included.If you’re serious about renting this space, please email or text a short write up about yourself stating your name, age, occupation and a bit about yourself /your lifestyle.
